  • Analytics data: We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is a privacy-first analytics service that does not use cookies, does not track individual users, and does not collect personal information. It provides aggregate data about page views, referrers, and device types.
  • Technical data: IP address (processed by Cloudflare for security and performance), browser type, and device information

Cookies

Compare Telehealth does not set any first-party tracking cookies. The only cookies that may appear are:

  • Cloudflare security cookies: Used by Cloudflare to protect against malicious traffic. These are strictly necessary and cannot be opted out of.
  • Turnstile CAPTCHA cookies: Used by Cloudflare Turnstile on form pages to verify you are a human visitor.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your enquiries and form submissions
  • Send email notifications related to your enquiry (confirmation and follow-up)
  • Understand aggregate website usage patterns (no individual tracking)

Form submission data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We retain form submissions for up to 12 months to handle enquiries and resolve disputes, after which they are deleted.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
